By accessing or using CRM Data Scrubber (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CRM Data Scrubber is a client-side web application that helps users clean and sanitize CSV files before importing them into a CRM system. All processing occurs in the user's browser. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Free Tier & Pro License

Free tier: The free tier allows processing of up to 250 rows per file.

Pro license: A one-time payment of $9 USD unlocks unlimited row processing on the browser where the license is activated. The license is tied to a single browser's localStorage and is non-transferable between devices.

4. Refund Policy

Because the Pro license is a digital product delivered instantly and stored locally, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the license from working, contact us at support@crmdatascrubber.com and we will work to resolve it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process data you do not have the legal right to possess
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM Data Scrubber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any.

All content, code, and branding associated with CRM Data Scrubber are the property of their respective owners. Product names, logos, and brands mentioned in the Service (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot) are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
